THE FOLLOWING CREDENTIALS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR
ENTRY INTO
MICHIGAN APPAREL CLUB MARKETS |

In an effort to protect the legitimate retail community
and provide a professional atmosphere for you to work in, the Michigan Apparel
Club will now require both registered and new retailers to provide one item from
each of the following four categories for entry into the market:
1. Picture of your store front; catalog if mail order; or web site for internet
sales
2. Copy of Michigan State Sales Tax License or State Vendors License
3. Proof of commercial checking; utility account; or rental receipt in company
name
4. Business card; purchase order; or credit card with company name
The association, in some cases, may ask for additional identification, such as
prior purchase orders and/or invoices showing substantial purchases for resale.
PLEASE COME PREPARED TO PROVIDE THIS
INFORMATION. |
